Most window companies buy frames from a fabricator, who buys profile from a stockist, who buys from a systems house. Every link adds cost and delay. Empire collapsed that chain: we hold profile stock, cut, fabricate, powder coat and glaze under one roof in Romford.

The Production Line
Four stages, one roof
Cutting & machining
CNC saws and machining centres cut every profile to a fraction of a millimetre.
Fabrication
Frames are crimped, cleated and sealed by time-served fabricators — not a production line of shortcuts.
Powder coating
Our in-house line coats and cures any RAL colour, matt, gloss or textured, without third-party delays.
Glazing & QC
Units glazed, hardware fitted and every item inspected before it's wrapped for delivery.

Colour is never the hold-up
Our coating plant runs alongside fabrication, so a bespoke RAL shade adds days — not weeks — to your order. Dual colour, marine-grade and textured finishes are all handled in-house with full quality control.
